Question

Ok, this is probably a stupid question and I'm just blind but does anyone know how to allow anonymous commenting for communities? I just set up a new community (well two, one on LJ and one on DW) up and it automatically sets it to no anonymous comments and I can't figure out what I have to do to change that.

Never done that and all I can think is you set it on each post you mae (for comments) but I'm sure there must be an easier way than that.

Yeah, what I want to do is change the journal default. I know it's possible. I can even find out how to do it on my own journal (it's under privacy settings) but I don't seem to be able to find that section for comms. :-/

Go here, pick your community from the dropdown menu, then there's an "Enable Comments" field where you can set it to allow anyone to comment. I think that should do it.

To find that page again you go through the Profile/Settings menu, Privacy tab.

Thank you! I could figure out how to do it on my own journal, but not for a comm. I didn't think to just change the user. *headdesk*
